Heather Hang's out in Hamilton: Supercrawl

I haven't really gotten to participate in Supercrawl for the past 2 summers since I'm always working it. But I managed to get a few snap shots and on Sunday I went for a walk around the street and went to see Junior Boys to finish off the crawl. On Sunday, we got some new stock and artists in before the crawl started for Shine.

After I got my hair done at Cameron's Hair Studio (link to that post here), I walked around and went to go see the Junior boys play.

Here's a little video of my walk around Sunday Supercrawl featuring music from The Archer's Son.

Youtube Channel

Shilo gave me a 1 year in business gift of this teacup set from La Bichette in Hamilton. I wanted it for MONTHS and now I have it!! So this morning I made some tea with Princess PrettyPants! Watch the video below:

I've been asked to do a youtube channel for awhile, at first by friends and family. Now the question of 'can you start a youtube channel?' is starting to branch out. I've tried youtube before but I never had a clear and concise idea. Since I've been blogging about Hamilton I figured I could just follow the same guide lines as my blog and translate it into videos! FUN!

So here is what you can expect from my channel

1) A deeper look into my general everyday life, and into Shine Boutique/The Wandering Eye (running a business ect ect) most likely by vlog.

2) I'll be featuring local artists, musicians, and other entrepreneurs.

3) All my favourite things/places/people

4) Answering my most FAQ

My channel is still a work in progress but I made an intro and to start this thing off right I chose a Hamilton musician called The Archer's Son. The song title is 'Sun Also Rises' you can find his work at:

Friday Night in the Hammer: Casino

Last night was art crawl and even though I had to work it I stole away to go see Ashley's show at Casino (176 Mary St).

When you walk in they have a giant shark above the stairs!

Portrait of the artist casually smoking a giant paper cigarette.

Casino is an art space that has work space, events, ect ect.

I really liked the turkey... Everyone was dancing all night when I left but they ran out of beer so I went to The Brain (a bar). I wish I got more pictures but a lot of the pictures I was taking weren't turning out! Def heading to Casino for their next show!
