Hammer Hang Out: SECTOR B
On Saturday night I went to a warehouse party in the industrial area of Hamilton (East Hamilton). What a great.. drunk.. night it was. We started off with drinks at my friend's new place!
Then we hit up da cluuuuuuuub!!
We got durnk... that mixed with dancing all night most of the photos are pretty blurry... ah well c'est le vie!
I also made a video and added music from Hamilton Artist: Johan Martinez (Beachjerky). He also coordinated this dance party and what a great host he was. You can find his work here: https://soundcloud.com/beachjerky

I sure do know how to scowl in front of a tan wall.. also the tan wall also seems to have a boob... Anyways yesterday I edited like crazy for some youtube video's (soon to be released) and went and grabbed a coffee. Youtube Channel
Shilo gave me a 1 year in business gift of this teacup set from La Bichette in Hamilton. I wanted it for MONTHS and now I have it!! So this morning I made some tea with Princess PrettyPants! Watch the video below:
I've been asked to do a youtube channel for awhile, at first by friends and family. Now the question of 'can you start a youtube channel?' is starting to branch out. I've tried youtube before but I never had a clear and concise idea. Since I've been blogging about Hamilton I figured I could just follow the same guide lines as my blog and translate it into videos! FUN!
So here is what you can expect from my channel!
1) A deeper look into my general everyday life, and into Shine Boutique/The Wandering Eye (running a business ect ect) most likely by vlog.
2) I'll be featuring local artists, musicians, and other entrepreneurs.
3) All my favourite things/places/people
4) Answering my most FAQ
My channel is still a work in progress but I made an intro and to start this thing off right I chose a Hamilton musician called The Archer's Son. The song title is 'Sun Also Rises' you can find his work at:

The Wandering Eye
The other week I got some photo's done for Etsy. I thought I'd share some of out takes from the shoot! Sarah, Darren, Andy, and Noa came to help. I haven't even posted all the photos we took and I'm already planning another shoot. What I've gathered from this first attempt is that I need to be A LOT more organized. Photoshoots are hard, maaaaaan! I'm happy with the photos we managed to snag though. Take a peak and everything should be uploaded to my etsy by the end of the day!

Pizza Partie Part 3: Chicago Style Pizza
I heard so much about Chicago style pizza. I heard about their deep dish pizza since I moved to Hamilton. Everyone raved about it, claimed it was the best. Even people in Toronto had heard of this pie. What an experience this was INDEED.
Sauce: 5/5
Cheese: 5/5 That cheese to sauce ratio was on poooooooiiiiiint.
Crust: 2/5 The crust wasn't great. It as the only disappointing part of the 'za tho!
Wow Factor:5/5
*Bonus Points* Garlic Sauce: Didn't order any garlic sauce, but to be honest it didn't need it.
17/20
The pizza was heavy as fuck, and it was unbelievably filling. I tried to eat 2 slices and failed. I let anyone eat it that wanted it because I couldn't even finish the leftovers. I could barely finish a slice for lunch the next day. This pizza was an experience for sure, and now that I've had it I do have to say I'm def going back to regular pizza pies.

Heather Hangs Out In Hamilton: Chedoke Waterfalls
The other week I went to Chedoke Falls with Darren, Sarah, Calvin, and Kyle. We drank sparkling wine and Malt liquor. By the time we hiked in a thunder storm was rolling in. We took cover under the rocks walls of the falls and hung out until the rain stopped.
